Welcome to the blog for the Social Impact Exchange. We hope to use this platform to keep members of the Exchange community up-to-date with the most recent news and events around scaling social impact.
The 2012 Conference on Scaling Impact is taking place June 13-14 in New York City. The conference brings together funders, social investors, philanthropists, and advisors interested in learning about innovative methods to support high-impact nonprofits that are growing, and it will feature sessions on how to:
- Identify scaling initiatives and models that consistently achieve superior results
- Connect individuals who share an interest in finding solutions to important social issues
- Amplify the power of philanthropy by collaborating with others to achieve the greatest social good
Over the next couple days, this blog will feature posts from attendees at the conference who will be highlighting sessions and themes as they emerge throughout the week.
