2010 – Exchange Conference

On June 17-18, the Social Impact Exchange held its 2010 Inaugural Conference on Scaling, where more than 450 funders, investors, philanthropists, philanthropy advisors, academics and nonprofit leaders convened in New York City. The Conference was a first-of-its-kind event focused entirely on innovative methods to support scaling and replication of high-impact nonprofit programs.

Attendees witnessed the selection of the award winners of the Business Plan Competition, participated in a first-ever Scaling Social Impact Investment Fair and attended numerous sessions on planning, evaluating, and financing the scaling of high impact, nonprofit organizations. The event was a true collaborative effort by many organizations who helped in planning, co-inviting, sponsoring and speaking at the Conference.
